Packing Associate

As a Packing Associate for Chalkstream Foods Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in pristine condition. You will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing products for home deliveries, contributing to a positive customer experience and upholding our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfillment:

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing lists.
- Ensure that all items are appropriately packed to maintain product freshness and quality during transportation.
- Conduct final quality checks on packed items to meet company standards.
- Packaging:

- Properly label and seal packages according to established guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate packaging materials to ensure the integrity of products during transit.
- Monitor and manage inventory of packaging supplies, notifying the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Quality Control:

- Follow established quality control procedures to guarantee the accuracy and quality of packed products.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards during the packing process.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the logistics and delivery team to coordinate efficient packing schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any challenges or improvements in the packing process.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and pride in all you do.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but the right attitude and approach is the most important.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
