Sales Administrator Role
This Sales Administration Clerk position is an exciting opportunity to join the Zell-Em Group Sales Office Team. Reporting to the Production Co-ordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer feedback, upholding company rules, processing orders, and achieving departmental targets. Key responsibilities also include maintaining working documents, taking reception calls, and conducting customer reviews.

  • Incidents, non-conformances, and problems should be reported to the line manager.
  • Customer complaints and feedback should be handled professionally.
  • All orders must be accompanied by relevant information.
  • Customer queries and complaints should be addressed promptly.
  • Departmental targets should be met, and working documents should be maintained.

Essential Skills

  • Effective communication and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently are key attributes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access Database, is necessary.
  • Teamwork experience is highly valued.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • The working hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with early finish on Fridays on a rota basis.
  • The annual leave entitlement includes 28 days, including statutory holidays.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum
