Sales and Administration Team Assistant

Zell-Em Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administration Clerk to join its Sales Office Team. The successful candidate will report to the Production Co-ordinator and be responsible for managing customer feedback, upholding company rules, processing orders, and achieving departmental targets. Key responsibilities also include maintaining working documents, taking reception calls, and conducting customer reviews.
- Incidents, non-conformances, and problems should be reported to the line manager.
- Customer complaints and feedback should be handled efficiently.
- All orders must be accompanied by relevant information.
- Customer queries and complaints should be addressed promptly.
- Departmental targets should be met, and working documents should be maintained.
Key Requirements
- Effective communication and attention to detail are essential.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently are key attributes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access Database, is necessary.
- Teamwork experience is highly valued.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- The working hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with early finish on Fridays on a rota basis.
- The annual leave entitlement includes 28 days, including statutory holidays.
