We are seeking a highly skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team at Templewood Recruitment. As a key member of our supported living program, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our service users.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of two years' experience working in a supported living environment. A QCF Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care is also desirable.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time hours), company pension scheme, mileage paid for business use, and car insurance paid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding the rights and dignity of each service user
  • Fostering a positive environment for service users to actively engage
  • Conducting daily assessments of service users' mental and physical state
  • Supporting service users to build confidence, self-esteem, and manage mental health symptoms
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
