**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Office Based/In-person**: Laptop and Phone will be provided.
- Ensure that all current employees and new employees are compliant to work for Support Care Ltd.
- Understand and demonstrate our commitment to our clients and our team by following our core principles: our mission, our values, and our vision.
- Work with marketing on advertising jobs using digital social media platforms
- Issue any legal documents as and when required.
- Arranging inductions
- Participate in "best practice" by offering suggestions and experience.
- Managing feedback from the clients and Support Care people to drive new ideas into the management team and the business
- Keeping and developing well-organised files and records of recruitment activity
- You must have a strong sense of self-motivation, focus, and attention to detail. You will have good time management skills, the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The Company will depend upon you to facilitate the recruitment and compliance of agency personnel to the Business Support who facilitates the management of client provision.
- This post is **UK BASED ONLY**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6-12 months experience in HR.

**Work Pattern**
- Monday - Friday (9am -4pm)
- **Office Based/In-person**: Laptop and Phone will be provided.
