Your role will involve working closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver key organizational change projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of internal communications strategies.

This is a temporary full-time contract position, offering a competitive salary of £272 per day PAYE.

About the Role:

  1. Internal Communications Advice: Provide expert guidance to different teams to ensure their communications are aligned with the internal communications principles.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and managers to support the delivery of key organizational change projects and initiatives.
  3. Team Collaboration: Be an active part of the internal communications team, supporting daily operational tasks and providing ad-hoc advice.
  4. Communication Channels: Support various internal communications channels, including MetNet intranet, viva engage, all-staff briefings, and town halls.
  5. Senior Leadership Relationships: Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and managers on internal communications.
