We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Planning Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the planning process and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective planning strategies to support the delivery of business objectives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and providing specialist advice to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement planning strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide specialist advice to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practice planning processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading planning initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of using project management tools, such as MS Project, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Project/programme management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Project Management Practitioner.
  • Experience of working in agile hybrid and waterfall project/programme delivery environments.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
