**Role Overview:** Future Education seeks a motivated and compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. **Responsibilities:**

  1. Curriculum Support: Collaborate with teaching staff to implement targeted support strategies, addressing the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
  2. Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, adapting your approach to meet their unique learning styles and abilities.
  3. Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents to inform future planning.
  4. Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work effectively with external agencies and support staff to ensure a cohesive support network for students, enhancing their overall educational experience.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Education and Experience: A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ) is desired, although experience working with children with special educational needs is considered highly valuable.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy, underpinned by a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary range for this position is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
