Job Description

You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, developing personalized learning plans, and collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students with special needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address areas of concern.
  • Support students with their personal and behavioral development, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, informing teaching and learning strategies.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in education or a related field, such as special education or psychology.
  • Proven experience working with students with special needs, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS disclosure, preferably on the update service.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
