Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach humanities subjects to students with special educational needs
  2. Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  4. Participate in regular progress monitoring and evaluation meetings
