About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Bid Manager to join our team at Hydro Cleansing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing compelling bid responses to Government and public sector procurements through various frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements and identify win themes and USPs.
  • Work with the team to develop bid storyboards and write bid responses, drawing on previous tenders and SMEs.
  • Review, feedback, and edit bid responses as appropriate.
  • Support bid management activities, including helping teams prepare for bid presentations and leading practice exercises.

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction or environmental industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in parallel and work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful bid submissions and experience in responding to Government Frameworks.
