About the Role

Hydro Cleansing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you will be responsible for developing compelling bid responses to Government and public sector procurements through various frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements and develop a winning strategy
  • Work with our senior management team to identify and understand win themes and unique selling points
  • Develop bid storyboards to provide a structured bid response and ensure consistency across all bid elements
  • Write high-quality bid responses, drawing on previous tenders and subject matter experts
  • Review, feedback, and edit bid responses to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support bid management activities, including bid presentations, practice exercises, and Q&A scenarios

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender management, with a strong track record of successful bid submissions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in parallel
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the construction or environmental industry, with knowledge of Government frameworks and procurement processes
  • Demonstrable experience/training in storytelling techniques and the ability to develop compelling bid narratives

What We Offer

Hydro Cleansing offers a competitive salary of £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
