Job Description
Our client, a renowned manufacturer based in Cheshire, seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Control Engineer to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the factory. You'll be responsible for resolving breakdowns, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying areas for improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, a minimum of a HNC or equivalent qualification, and extensive experience in industrial maintenance. Key skills required include machine shop skills, fabrication, mechanical installation and fitting, electrical installations, and practical knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic motion control systems. As a valued member of the team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, estimated to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus shift allowance and bonus scheme.
