Job Title: Senior User Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Researcher to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a Senior User Researcher, you will play a key role in evaluating gaming experiences and providing insights to inform product development.

Job Description

As a Senior User Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting usability testing, gathering user feedback, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product owners, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and gather user feedback.
  • Develop and implement research plans to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that user research is integrated into the product development process.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in user research, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Minimum BSc degree in HCI, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, UX Design, or a related field.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a UX Researcher.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
