Senior User Researcher

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our UX Research team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform game development decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct usability testing to identify UI and system interaction issues, and gather user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute user research studies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of research findings.
  • Provide UX guidance to game development teams to improve product quality and innovation.
  • Communicate research results to multiple levels of the organization, driving impact and informing business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a User Research role, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Minimum BSc degree in HCI, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, UX Design, or a related field.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a UX Researcher.
  • Strong research design and qualitative/quantitative methods skills, with experience in a business environment.
  • Excellent relationship building, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
