Job Title: Highways and Infrastructure Team Leader

Company Overview: RGB Network is an international multi-disciplined consultancy with a presence in Central London.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum based on experience.

About the Role: We are seeking a technically astute, performance-driven, and results-oriented leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical civil engineering expertise in highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration master planning projects.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee project delivery from start to finish.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources across the civil engineering project portfolio.
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth through work-winning activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Professional & Technical Skill Requirements: A chartered civil engineer with 15+ years' experience in highways and infrastructure projects is required. Key skills include highways geometric design, infrastructure and public realm, drainage and SUDs, earthworks, utilities spatial planning, utilities diversions, planning approvals, and technical approvals.
