Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business relationships and driving sales growth in the aggregates and waste removal industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business relationships with groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry
  • Strong new business skills and ability to generate new leads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
