Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new business and increasing sales with existing accounts across the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business and develop existing accounts within the automotive and other markets across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, and North London.
- Develop strategies for targeting clients and implement those strategies.
- Manage a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
- Be responsible for your own diary and present to clients about products and services.
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Able to travel to meet clients.
- Basic Salary £30,000, OTE £45,000 (Uncapped).
- Monday to Friday (No weekends).
- Based from home.
- Phone and laptop provided.
- Commission Structure.
- Company Car.
- Holiday Pension Scheme.
