Tradewind Recruitment is proud to announce the recruitment of a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at an Independent Special Needs School in Leicestershire. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:15) offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with special education needs across KS2 to KS5 on a temporary to permanent basis.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with experienced educators and specialists to provide tailored support for students' individual learning needs. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Relevant TA qualifications
- Strong references supporting prior experience
With a focus on Autism and ADHD and Challenging Behaviour, this role requires a dedicated professional who can make a positive impact on the lives of these students. The daily rate for this position is £85 - £105 per day (depending on experience).
