Lead Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the management of our multi-site supported tenancies in the Chorley area.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in all aspects of managing the multi-site services for adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Manage and work with the care team to ensure the smooth running of the services, including ensuring all staff training is up-to-date, care planning, and staff rotas.
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, and all relevant legislation in line with CQC.
- Arrange and attend meetings as needed, and keep up-to-date with dealing with any safeguarding and risk assessment needs.
- Relevant experience of managing and supporting teams within a similar setting.
- Sound knowledge of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, and a good understanding of Dols and the Capacity Act.
- Person-centred approach, strong management and leadership qualities, flexible working approach, and passion for the role.
- Candidates should hold NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management or be working towards it.
- Car driver with access to own vehicle and business insurance essential.
- Predominantly Monday to Friday role with some flexibility where required.
