Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced claims handler to join our team as a Property Claims Manager in Falkirk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property claims from start to finish, ensuring that all administrative aspects of each claim are completed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a liaison between policyholders, insurance clients, and field teams, and provide support and guidance to other administration staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property claims from inception to completion
- Taking responsibility for all administrative aspects of each claim
- Acting as a central point of contact for policyholders, insurance clients, field and office teams
- Providing support and guidance to other administration staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, claims handling, and customer service
- Experience in planning and allocating work to field-based staff
- Proficiency in IT skills, including basic Excel use; experience with data analysis is a plus
