Job Title: Seasonal Customer Care Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Care Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on our products and services.
  • Effectively utilise our in-house automated information systems to resolve customer issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to win their support and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring free-flowing communication throughout the organisation.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers, where necessary, to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programmes to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Receive on-the-job training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous customer-facing experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements:

This is a seasonal role, with a fixed-term contract. You will be expected to work within a team environment, with regular communication and collaboration with colleagues.
