Job Title: Claims Transformation Portfolio Manager

At Hastings Direct, we're seeking a skilled Claims Transformation Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our transformation portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of our change initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a centralized transformation portfolio plan, encompassing all tech and non-tech change, delivery, and commercial plans.
  • Ensuring stakeholders across the department and wider business have knowledge and oversight of the change portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing effective portfolio planning, readiness, and prioritization strategies.
  • Overseeing post-implementation reviews and benefits realization tracking.
  • Supporting the establishment of effective planning days for transformation colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment of change priorities, actions, and readiness.
  • Leading the three-year planning and budget process for change and initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining change framework and program-wide governance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, including process and system change, and bringing structure to delivery.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality results.
