Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a diverse range of transformation initiatives, converting innovative concepts into actionable strategies that serve our customers and enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Advocating for a comprehensive systems approach, evaluating processes throughout the entire claims lifecycle.
  • Establishing detailed plans for each initiative, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and integration with ongoing claims operations.
  • Delivering program-level updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and challenges.
  • Collaborating creatively with frontline staff, claims experts, and the broader claims team to address operational challenges.
  • Managing project budgets and providing guidance to our delivery executives through mentorship.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing multiple projects, particularly in operational change, IT, and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with Home Claims/Household Claims is highly advantageous.
