About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Pinsent Masons. As a key member of our Transactional Services team, you will provide proactive and professional support to our lawyers and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document production.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients, including attending client events and seminars.
  • Contribute to client service initiatives, including identifying areas of responsibility and tasks that can be taken ownership of.
  • Liaise with lawyers to identify work commitments and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Proactively monitor lawyers' diaries, reminding them of diary commitments and providing supporting paperwork and necessary information for each meeting.
  • Manage production of documents, coordinating changes made and ensuring consistency of those documents.
  • Coordinate typing of audio files, drafting correspondence, producing documents/letters/e-mails, and memos.
