Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy conveyancing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, dealing with purchase, sale, title transfer, and new build transactions, from the initial instruction to the final completion stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Deal directly with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of conveyancing experience, handling your own caseload and dealing directly with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
