Job Title: Legal Expenses Claims Handler
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Expenses Claims Handler to join our team at Rev & Regs. As a Legal Expenses Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing efficient claims handling services to our customers by responding to LEI claims using excellent written and call handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate the validity of claims and maintain regular reviews to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
- Negotiate cost funding with solicitors and manage their costs to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
- Liaise with solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers, and directly with policyholders to resolve claims efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and call handling skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve claims efficiently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
