Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Purchase Ledger:
    • Supplier Account Maintenance
    • Invoice inputting & Coding
    • Payment allocation
    • Statement checking
    • Aiding in the weekly payment runs
  • Maintain the Sales Ledger:
    • Customer Account Maintenance
    • Invoice runs
    • Payment allocation
    • Credit Control
  • Bank account Reconciliations:
    • Current account
    • Factoring account Prep
    • Company Credit cards
    • Card payment account
Requirements
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office, email, and Xero. Experience of Factoring accounts would be beneficial.
  • Experience of pricing management is desirable but not essential.
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, great teamwork, and a friendly nature.
  • Demonstrates behaviours that support the Company values - Quality, Passion, Customer First, Honest, Friendly.
  • Hard working.
