Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of site management accounts and ensuring the day-to-day running of our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of weekly management accounts and daily/weekly KPI reporting, including yield and efficiency variance analysis.
- Maintain current product costings in production systems to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Proactively investigate system errors and material variances, and facilitate corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly reports and SOX reconciliations for review by the Financial Controller.
- Manage open purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the site, and oversee banking and cash management.
- Previous experience in a finance role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Excel, with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload.
