Financial Analyst

Join our team at Pilgrim's Europe as a Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of site management accounts and the day-to-day running of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the production of weekly management accounts and daily KPI reporting, including yield and efficiency variance analysis.
- Maintain current product costings in production systems to ensure materials and labour used and associated costs are accurate at all times.
- Proactively investigate system errors and material variances and facilitate resulting corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations and assist in the production of monthly accounts.
- Prepare monthly SOX reconciliation reports and manage open purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the site.
- Assist with banking and cash management and perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Redruth senior management team.
- Previous experience in a finance role.
- Good team player with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Excel, and the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and consistently achieve deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organisation.
