Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Referral Administrator to join our team at the National Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Service (GDNRSS). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an effective and competent level of administrative support to our service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive and process referrals for patients on the NHS Gender Dysphoria pathway, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain data on our systems, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinicians, and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to manage telephone calls and emails, ensuring a flexible and adaptable approach to meet various deadlines and targets.
  • Contribute to the production of accurate and professional reports to enable the monitoring of service Key Performance Indicators.
