We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Referral Administrator to join our team at the National Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Service (GDNRSS). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an effective and competent level of administrative support to our service.
Main Responsibilities- Receive and process referrals for patients on the NHS Gender Dysphoria pathway, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinicians, and colleagues, responding to phone calls, emails, and letters in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to manage telephone calls and emails, ensuring a flexible and adaptable approach to meet various deadlines and targets.
