We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at VELUX Group. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our professional partners, primarily working with dealers and installers to influence them to see VELUX as a first choice solution for their customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering sales excellence through effective execution of sales and marketing activities in collaboration with teammates
- Supporting our partners by understanding their goals and creating and identifying business opportunities to assist them achieve their goals
- Developing and maintaining win/win relationships with our partners by providing good sales support and advice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to explore new possibilities
- Effective presentation skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- An analytical mindset and the ability to draw insights from market trends
- Sales experience from a field sales role, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience working directly with B2B partners
