Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at VELUX Group. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our professional partners, primarily working with dealers and installers to influence them to see VELUX as a first choice solution for their customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales excellence through effective execution of sales and marketing activities in collaboration with teammates.
  • Support our partners by understanding their goals and creating and identifying business opportunities to assist them in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and maintain win/win relationships with our partners by providing good sales support and advice.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with advanced problem-solving skills, who enjoys exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You should be a great communicator with effective presentation skills, inspiring and able to organize priorities. You should also have an analytical mindset and be able to draw insights from market trends.

Requirements

  • Bring sales experience from a field sales role, preferably from the construction industry.
  • Be experienced working directly with B2B partners.
