We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial viewings to successful tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings of properties to prospective tenants
  • Manage the lettings process, including drafting tenancy agreements and handling rent payments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and tenants

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in residential lettings
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary in the region of £20,000 depending on experience
  • On-target earnings of £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
  • A generous car allowance
