We have just been instructed on an **exciting career opportunity** with a** **privately-owned estate agency** based in **Windsor.** **Covering Surrey, Berkshire and the surrounding areas, they have very quickly established themselves as a **market-leader** and have** ambitious expansion plans**

To be considered, you will ideally have **at least 1 years’ experience** within residential lettings, however, our client is **willing to consider an exceptional trainee** with a sales/customer facing background. In this case,** full training will be provided.**

**Is this you?**:

- At least 1 years’ experience within residential lettings with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets would be preferred, but not essential
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence and own car.

This position will come with a **basic salary of £20,000, plus on target earnings** **enabling you to realistically earn** £30,000 to £40,000** depending on experience and performance **Free parking** is available.
