**Location: Windsor**

**Salary: OTE £50k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced **Estate Agent** to be a **Lettings Manager / Lettings Assistant Manager**with a highly regarded local market leading company in the Windsor area.

To be considered for this role you **_
must
_** have previous estate agency experience and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.

You will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, and specifically, be capable of spotting business opportunities and winning instructions.

You will be a sensational lettings negotiator, an influential leader and motivator, but most importantly, an individual who enjoys and thrives within an Estate Agency sales environment.

**Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Manager / Assistant Lettings Manager(Residential Lettings) role will include**:

- Experience at Senior Lettings Negotiator level (or ready to step up)
- Listing / Valuations skills
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Successfully managing a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Windsor area helpful
- Full Driving License essential (and own car preferred)
