Kings Lettings is one of the longest established, award-winning, multi-office agents covering Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. We have an opening for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join its Windsor team, as a Lettings Negotiator

**Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Incoming and outgoing call handling
- Applicant registration
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Property listings
- Prepare properties before new tenants move in, by organising cleaning, repairs, etc.
- Deal with the day to day maintenance issues
- Organise refurbishments and property repairs
- Deal promptly with all communications from landlord, tenants and contractors
- Organise necessary tenancy related paperwork
- Legal compliance (GSC, EICR, EPC)

**Salary**

Basic £25,000 OTE £30,000 per annual
- 7.5 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays 2 a month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
