Our client is a **family-owned market leading agency** covering Windsor, Datchet and the surrounding villages. They have a dedicated team who are all** extremely passionate,** and you will be hard pushed to find a **group of people who love Windsor more than they do**

To be considered you will ideally have **at least 6 months experience** within residential lettings and possess** first-class customer service skills.** If this sounds like you, **please get in touch today**

**Personal specification**:

- Previous experience within a lettings negotiator role - preferable
- Being ARLA qualified - advantageous
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and own car.

The package will include a **basic salary of up to £20,000** depending on experience, plus** on target earnings** **the region of **£25,000 to £30,000**. They will also provide a** car allowance.**

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.
