**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Advanced Outreach Nurse to join our team at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Outreach Nurse, you will play a key role in providing expert care to patients with complex wounds in a variety of settings, including community and hospital environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing lower limb wounds, including compression therapy and ABPI assessment. You will also develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex wounds and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage lower limb wounds, including compression therapy and ABPI assessment

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or working towards
  • Facilitating learning in practice (mentorship)
