Job Summary

Bridge Medical Centre is a leading provider of urgent care services in Crawley, West Sussex. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About Us
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment for our staff. Our team consists of 4 GP Partners, a nursing team of 6, Paramedic Practitioners, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and a vast administrative team.

Main Duties
* Diagnosing and treating patients presenting with minor illnesses
* Advising patients on general health care and minor ailments, referring to other members of the primary and secondary healthcare team as needed
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date healthcare records appropriate to the consultation
* Enhancing own performance through continuous professional development, imparting knowledge and behaviours to meet the needs of the service

Key Requirements
* An excellent standard of written and verbal English
* Ability to assess, minimise and manage risks and defuse stressful situations, staying calm under pressure
* Competent use of IT systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience of working in an urgent care/emergency setting and primary care environment
* Flexible attitude to work and a clean driving licence

Salary Range
£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
