Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to facilitate the seamless merge of two companies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage and coordinate multiple projects while balancing team priorities with ongoing business activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple projects.
- Balance team members' priorities with commitments to business as usual activities.
- Act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding projects.
- Proactively reach out to other teams to influence and shape their actions to enable project delivery.
- Negotiate at a senior level on technical and commercial issues to ensure alignment with objectives and timeframes.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in project coordination and management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with migration strategy and integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate and align suppliers and other stakeholders with project objectives.
**About the Role:**
This is a contract role, working 2 days a week in Wigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, balancing team priorities with ongoing business activities, and acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders.
