Payroll Operations Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll inputs, including calculations of SSP, SMP and SPP, and maintain accurate records of employee absences.
- Run monthly reports to ensure compliance with NMW regulations and update pay rates accordingly.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to HMRC.
- Respond to queries from employees and management, providing clear and concise information on payroll matters.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience of working with payroll software and be familiar with relevant legislation and regulations.
