Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our care home team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily tasks, following individualized care plans, and ensuring each resident receives individual attention.
Required Skills and Experience- Previous experience in caring for older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £23,824 - £25,819 per annum
Compensation PackageYour starting rate will be £20,814 per annum, with opportunities to progress and increase your earnings up to £25,819 per annum.
