Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a nursing home in Rushden, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, leading care support efforts, and promoting best practices in care.

This role requires a relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3), minimum of two years' experience in a residential or nursing care setting, understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning, awareness of safeguarding principles and abuse prevention, and proximity to the location (within a 30-minute commute).

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £13.72 per hour, annual pay increases up to 8% based on performance, plus cost of living adjustments, paid holidays, pension, training and development opportunities, referral incentive, affordable meals, and DBS check at no cost. The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,195.20, based on a 37-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment.
