About the Role: As a Senior Care Assistant with Merco Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to provide daily living assistance with a focus on dignity, respect, and independence. This role involves leading care support efforts, conducting medication rounds accurately, and promoting best practices in care.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3), minimum of two years' experience in a residential or nursing care setting, understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning, awareness of safeguarding principles and abuse prevention, and proximity to the location (within a 30-minute commute).

We offer a competitive salary of £13.72 per hour, annual pay increases up to 8% based on performance, plus cost of living adjustments, paid holidays, pension, training and development opportunities, referral incentive, affordable meals, and DBS check at no cost. The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,195.20, based on a 37-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment.
