About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, adhering to current best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and monitor patient health effectively.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, promoting optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and liaise with family members to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing assessments, care provided, and residents' progress.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, prioritizing resident safety.
- NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration and valid driver's license.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home or care setting.
- Fully flexible to work both day and night shifts.
- Strong clinical skills and thorough understanding of nursing care practices.
- Competitive salary up to £23.00 per hour (depending on experience).
