Teaching Assistant

Role Summary:
As a PPA Teacher at Academics, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and creative lessons to students in Key Stage 1. You will also provide support to teachers during planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time, contributing to the academic and personal development of pupils.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher who can adapt to different age groups and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality education. About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Lesson Delivery: Deliver engaging and creative lessons across various year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Teacher Support: Support teachers by providing high-quality cover during planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.
- Pupil Development: Contribute to the academic and personal development of pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Classroom Management: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different age groups.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to fostering a love of learning.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
