About the Opportunity:

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with SEN in a variety of settings. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that address each child's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless support.
  • Assist in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of student progress, reporting back to parents and carers as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of student participation and progress.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
