Primary Care Nurse Opportunity

This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, nurse-led care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Primary Care Nurse with Practice Plus Group, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to prevent hospital admissions and promote the health and well-being of patients.
The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver non-judgmental care that makes a real difference in the lives of patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through our bespoke induction program, competency framework, and regional and national career development opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult) with a current professional qualification (NMC) and evidence of Continued Professional Development. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to ongoing learning and development, we would welcome your application.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver nurse-led clinics to patients while being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
- Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to provide outstanding evidence-based care.
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.
